PROJECT REPORT FORMAT
Some Guidelines for ECE students for Major Project for Final report
All students should submit the Major Project Final report in the following specified format.
The TITLE PAGE and the all HEADINGS specified below.
The students may be asked questions on their project. So come prepared for the viva.
The text should be typed in 12 font size Times New Roman style in 1.5 spacing on one side of A4 size page.
Before typing anything, first set the page size to A4 in Microsoft word, otherwise you may not get the desired printed output on A4 paper.

The text should be typed in 12 font size Times New Roman style in 1.5 spacing on one side of A4 size page (Executive Bond) only.
The Captions for figures should be typed at the its bottomfor example 4th figure in Chapter 3 should be captioned as Fig. 3.4 Title of Figure. For Example

General Guidelines
Text should be printed on front and correct side of the watermark on quality bond paper
Paper size- A4, 75 to 85 gsm paper
Left Margin-1.25”
Right Margin-1”
Top Margin-1”
Bottom Margin-1”
The Report shall be hard bound with cover page in z-black colour & written in golden colour.
The Project work Report should be typed using following format. Fonts: New Times Roman , Font Size : 12
